Responsibilities:
1. Manage the front desk operations efficiently, ensuring prompt and courteous service to guests and members.
2. Supervise and train front desk staff to provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest complaints.
3. Manage room assignments, taking into account guest preferences and room availability.
4. Coordinate with other departments (housekeeping, F&B, maintenance) to ensure seamless service delivery.
5. Handle guest requests, complaints, and feedback, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
6. Maintain accurate records and reports, including room occupancy, guest information, and billing.
