Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support the Operations Manager in overseeing daily operations of AV & ELV projects (CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, PA, Video Conferencing, Structured Cabling, etc.).
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and technicians to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement corrective actions.
- Assist in preparing project schedules, resource allocation plans, and status reports.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations (SIRA, Civil Defense, ADDC, etc.) and industry standards.
- Liaise with clients to address operational concerns and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Support procurement and logistics teams in timely material delivery for projects.
- Track workforce performance and provide support in training and development.
- Maintain and update operational policies, SOPs, and quality control procedures.
- Assist in budgeting, cost control, and operational efficiency improvements.
- Act as a point of contact in the absence of the Operations Manager for operational decisions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence in AV & ELV project execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Electronics, or related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in **AV/ELV project
