Minimum Exp 6 years and out of which At least 2-3 years of strong outbound sales experience within large-scale BPO operations. Should have 2 to 3 years of supervisory/ management experience or progressive experience up to and including leadership, coaching and/ or supervisory roles.Fair understanding of digital marketing concepts and trendsExperience in managing corporate and field sales experienceStrong people & team management experience with proven leadership skillsHighly analytical, with a track-record of being a strong problem solver, capable of translating analysis and insights into actionable business planAbility to learn quickly and handle complexity, change and ambiguitySuccessful track record in supporting recruitment and talent acquisitionKRA’s○ Determines operational strategies by conducting needs assessments, performance reviews, capacity planning, and cost/ benefit analyses.○ Defining user requirements; establishing production, quality, and customer-service standards; contributing information and analysis to the organization.○ Maintains and improves operations by monitoring system performance; identifying and resolving problems; preparing & completing action plans; driving process improvement initiatives & quality assurance programs
