About the Role

Are you passionate about operational excellence, customer service, and fashion-related logistics? We are seeking a Uniform Services Assistant Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our uniform services. This role ensures readiness across all work areas, supports internal customers, and enhances the colleague experience through efficient service delivery.

You will manage the full lifecycle of uniforms—from inbound and inventory to outbound operations—while fostering a safe, detail-oriented, and service-driven environment.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead and supervise on-site contractor teams, promoting a positive and safe work culture
  • Oversee uniform distribution, tailoring, laundry, and inventory operations
  • Maintain SOPs, task schedules, and ensure compliance with safety and service standards
  • Manage inventory levels, replenishment, and waste reduction strategies
  • Respond to colleague feedback and continuously improve service delivery


What We’re Looking For

Essential:

  • High School Diploma and Professional Certification in a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years in a leadership role within a customer-service environment.
  • Hands-on experience in uniform operations.
  • Strong command of English (verbal and written).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and ERP systems.

Desirable:

  • Degree or certification in Fashion Retail, Fashion Merchandising, or Garment Technology.
  • 5 years in textile-related fields (retail apparel, wholesale).
  • Training in HSE, HACCP, Lean Six Sigma, or Project Management.
