Role Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day business activities, optimize internal processes, and ensure successful execution of ADNOC and EPC-related projects. The candidate will coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage resource allocation, and ensure compliance with ADNOC standards and HSE protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee all operational functions including project execution, logistics, procurement, and manpower allocation

· Ensure timely delivery of telecom and security projects in line with ADNOC/EPC specifications

· Liaise with ADNOC, EPC contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders for project alignment

· Develop and maintain operational policies, KPIs, and performance metrics

· Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost control for operations

· Ensure HSE, ADNOC compliance, and QA/QC standards are strictly followed

· Lead and mentor project coordinators, engineers, and technicians

· Identify areas for operational improvement and lead process optimization initiatives

Qualifications & Skills:

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)

· Minimum 7 years’ experience in operations management in EPC or ADNOC-based projects

· Strong leadership, planning, and analytical skills

· Knowledge of telecom, security, or ELV systems is a strong advantage

· Familiarity with ADNOC processes, documentation, and HSE standards

· Excellent communication and organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
