Job description:

Position: Assistant Sales Operations (KPO)

Gender: Male

Key Responsibilities :

1.Maintain and update accurate sales, customer, and pricing data in CRM/ERP systems of a company.

2.Assist in sales forecasting, planning, and tracking against target and generating sales report.

3.Coordinate sales order processing and dispatch with warehouse and logistics teams.

4.Assist supervisor in the preparation of sales presentations and orientation to the order bookers.

Requirements and Qualification:

1.Bachelor’s degree in Operation Management, or a related field.

2.Must have 1–2 years of experience in sales operations in a FMCG environment.

3.Proficiency in Microsoft office specially with Excel and familiarity with CRM/ERP platforms.
