About the Role

ConnAct is launching an exciting door-to-door sales campaign focused on telecom and design services in Houston, Texas. We’re hiring a skilled, proactive, and organized Sales Coordinator who understands the rhythm of sales and has hands-on knowledge of design services.

You’ll be working directly with our field Sales Executives in Houston, coordinating in real-time, managing leads, setting appointments, and even closing warm leads remotely. You'll be the key operational link between our on-ground field team and our remote backend team—making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Key Responsibilities

· Coordinate with front-line sales reps in Houston, TX during live door-to-door campaigns

· Use communication tools (WhatsApp, Slack, CRMs, calling apps) to manage real-time workflows

· Setup appointments, follow up on prospects, and handle callbacks

· Confidently close warm leads remotely (where needed) via call or message

· Maintain CRM records, update lead trackers, and ensure clean handoffs to the Research & Upselling team

· Ensure daily reporting and communication between local and international teams

· Act as the operational backbone of the Houston campaign—responsive, sharp, and fully plugged in

Who You Are

· Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales or client-facing roles

· Solid understanding of design service offerings (branding, UI/UX, digital design, etc.)

· Must have excellent English communication skills (written & spoken)

· Calm under pressure, fast with follow-ups, and excellent at organizing & gathering information

· Able to work night shift hours (8 PM – 5 AM PKT local time)

· Prior experience in telecom sales, field coordination, or remote sales support is a major plus

· Tech-savvy: You’re comfortable using CRMs, Google Workspace, and real-time messaging apps

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs140,000.00 - Rs160,000.00 per month

• Sales in Software Design or IT sales: 4 years (Required)
• US based sales: 4 years (Required)
