SERVICE COORDINATOR- AFTER SALES

Karachi, Pakistan

Job Responsibilities:

Provide service and customer support during field visits.

Manage on-site installation, repair, and maintenance within the assigned territory.

Conduct client demonstrations when required.

Diagnose technical issues and determine appropriate solutions.

Prepare and submit service reports, work orders, expense reports, and timesheets.

Coordinate with both technical and management teams.

Evaluate products for maintenance, warranty, and upgrades.

Collaborate with the technical team to resolve issues.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services.

Provide technical support for complex issues.

Build and maintain positive customer relationships through excellent service.

Respond to customer queries in a timely manner.

Maintain accurate service documentation, including maintenance records, warranty contracts, and installation reports.

Perform assigned tasks while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs85,000.00 per month
