Client Service & Marketing Coordinator

Karachi, Pakistan

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Client Service & Marketing Coordinator for our real estate company. This role combines client relationship management with marketing support. The candidate will be responsible for engaging with clients over the phone, handling inquiries, managing requirements, and coordinating digital marketing activities including social media advertising. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and a strong understanding of digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing inquiries.
  • Call clients regularly to maintain relationships and ensure service satisfaction.
  • Understand and record client requirements, coordinating necessary adjustments with internal teams.
  • Plan, create, and manage advertisements across social media and digital platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide timely updates to clients and management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional activities and client-focused campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and campaign changes.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to track progress and support decision-making.
  • Qualifications & Skills.
  • Proven experience in client service, account coordination, telemarketing, or digital marketing.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Good knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office .
