Senior Accounts Manager

As we expand, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced CFO to lead our financial strategy, oversee fiscal operations, and play a key role in driving the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy in line with business goals.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
• Manage cash flow, investments, and financial controls.
• Supervise the preparation of financial reports, P&L statements, and compliance with tax/GST regulations.
• Provide insights and recommendations to the CEO/Board to support strategic decisions.
• Establish strong financial policies and processes to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Oversee vendor management, procurement finance, and cost optimization across operations.
• Manage investor relations and potential fundraising initiatives.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring strong performance and professional development.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven experience as CFO, Finance Director, or in a senior finance leadership role (preferably in HoReCa, F&B, or related industries).
• Strong knowledge of corporate finance, financial laws, taxation, and compliance.
• Experience with financial forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Professional certifications (CA, ACCA, CPA, CFA, or MBA in Finance) will be preferred.
