About The Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Outlet Manager to join Jumeirah Muscat Bay . The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

• Engage with guests to create personalized experiences and maintain accurate guest records.
• Manage resources by taking inventories, re-ordering supplies, and safeguarding cash.
• Monitor cashiering functions, comply with procedures, and manage financial aspects like the General Ledger and budget.
• Suggest strategies to increase market share and optimize profits while controlling labor and expenses.
• Maintain high cleanliness standards and adhere to health, safety, and grooming policies.
  
  

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management /F&B Management
• Health and Safety Certification
• Higher Secondary School certificate List the basic (minimum) education, certification, and/or licensing needed to be successful in the position.
• 3-5 years’ experience in Assistant Outlet Manager role with strong F&B background in a standalone/branded restaurant
