3.3.1 Primary Purpose of the SERVICES

Maintenance of various types of fixed equipment’s and machineries such as, but not limited to, towers, heaters, furnaces, vessels, boilers, heat exchangers, water treatment plant, marine and crude loading arms, pipes, pipe fittings, valves and firefighting system including regular monitoring and rectification of defective equipment’s, disassembly, repair and reassemble of these equipment’s taking into consideration safety rules and regulations.

3.3.2 Summary of Major Duties and Responsibilities

- Assist QatarEnergy technicians for the daily routine maintenance works such as checking of flanges, valves, valve leakages and replace packing.

- Carry out daily maintenance work for valves inside and outside workshop.

- Carry out disassembly of pipeline from Site and perform erection/installation work after repairing it.

- Carry out routine maintenance work of steam boiler including hydraulic testing.

- Participate in major overhaul and annual plant shutdown for the whole Refinery equipment’s.

- Use of hydro-jetting machines to carryout cleaning work for heat exchangers, air coolers, towers and vessels, etc.

- Carryout cleaning work for all types of equipment.

3.3.3 Education

Industrial Diploma Certificate or twelve (12) years of school education.

3.3.4 Experience

Minimum of Five (5) years relevant practical experience in maintenance and repair of the refinery equipment.

Salary

Basic: 1400QAR

Allowance: 400 QAR

TOTAL: 1800QAR + FAT

Ticketing: 2 year

Hours: 8

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR1,800.00 per month
