Chiller Technician (Air Cooled & Water Cooled)

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintenance & troubleshooting of *Air Cooled and Water Cooled Chillers
• Diagnosing compressor faults (screw / scroll / reciprocating)
• Checking condenser & evaporator performance
• Refrigerant pressure checking, gas charging & leak detection
• Electrical troubleshooting (control panel, contactors, relays, overloads)
• Troubleshooting chilled water pumps (alignment, seals, bearings, vibration)
• Monitoring chilled water flow, pressure & temperature differential
• Attending breakdown calls & performing preventive maintenance (PPM)
• Preparing daily service reports

Requirements:

• ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning / Mechanical
• Strong knowledge of refrigeration cycle & chilled water system
• Ability to read HVAC drawings
• Valid QID with transferable visa (Mandatory)
• Immediate joining preferred
• Minimum 3–5 Years (GCC Experience Preferred)
