Job Overview

In this role, you'll help ensure smooth workflows, accurate data management, and effective coordination with cross functional teams. You'll also gain hands on exposure to planning systems, tools, and business processes that power one of the region's leading luxury platforms.

What You'll Do
  • Develop a strong understanding of central planning strategies and identify opportunities to optimize workflows.
  • Maintain high data accuracy across all planning tools, including RMS reports, Saber, Edit, and the Transfer Tool.
  • Complete administrative tasks efficiently to support the function and peers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Compliance, Warehouse, and other relevant teams to support seamless operations.
  • Develop a working knowledge of Saber and Compliance processes to meet functional needs.
  • Ensure that transfer tools and trackers are updated and distributed promptly to maintain accurate reporting.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Solid understanding of Excel and data manipulation to support planning processes.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • A proactive mindset - taking ownership of assigned areas and contributing to weekly cross functional meetings.
  • Eagerness to learn, evolve, and contribute to improving central planning processes.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
