Assistant Plant Manager

We are seeking qualified individuals for the role of Assistant Plant Manager to manage our facility in Moline, IL.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Hands-on knowledge and experience with technical plastic injection molding process, quality, tooling, and materials management systems.
• Environment is fast-paced, action-oriented, and high-energy.
• The individual must have high-level organizational and time management skills to balance time and priorities.
• Position is responsible for the overall efficiency, safety, and profitable operation of the facility.
• Requires coordination of all production floor activities, including scheduling needs, toolroom, and equipment maintenance.
• Candidates must have excellent leadership skills and the ability to build an effective team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Manufacturing 5 years
• Management Experience: 1-3 years
• Plastics injection molding: 5 years
