Assistant Procurement Manager

Join our team as an Assistant Procurement Manager and play a key role in driving strategic sourcing, supplier management, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and executing procurement strategies.
  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors to ensure best value.
  • Manage purchase requisitions, RFQs, and purchase orders.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure uninterrupted supply.
  • Maintain vendor relationships and build strong supplier partnerships.
  • Ensure compliance with contracts, company policies, and procurement best practices.
  • Prepare reports and support cost-saving initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for demand planning and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field (BBA/B.Com).
  • MBA in Supply Chain/Procurement/Logistics preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of procurement or supply chain experience.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
