Finance Support Executive (Supply Chain)

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance & Business Support Executive to assist in providing financial insights and operational support to our supply chain clients. This role involves tracking key financial metrics such as inventory valuation (start/end of month, start/end of year), preparing cash flow planning reports, and generating timely summaries to help clients make informed business decisions. You will work closely with our account managers to ensure clients have accurate, actionable financial information.
E-commerce industry knowledge is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain financial summaries related to inventory worth, sales, and

operational costs.

• Assist in cash flow planning, forecasting inflows and outflows to support

operational decisions.

• Generate monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial snapshots for clients.
• Reconcile inventory and purchase records with financial statements.
• Support client account teams with ad-hoc financial queries and reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Understand basic financial concepts and apply them in client deliverables.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong understanding of basic finance principles.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, basic formulas).
• Attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Knowledge of e-commerce or supply chain business models preferred.
