Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Category Manager (Mobile Electronics) to oversee procurement, vendor relations, and category growth for mobile phones and accessories. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the mobile industry and a strong understanding of product sourcing, pricing, and market trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage procurement and vendor relationships for mobile phones and accessories.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with suppliers to ensure competitive margins.
• Conduct market research to identify new trends, products, and business opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow the mobile electronics category.
• Monitor inventory levels, sales performance, and profitability.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to achieve category targets.
• Ensure timely product availability and manage stock planning effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in mobile phones and accessories procurement/management.
• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of market trends, customer needs, and product life cycles in electronics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
