Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Product Manager to support our product team in executing product strategy, improving user experience, and driving data-informed decisions.
In this role, you'll work closely with senior product managers and cross-functional teams to help analyse user behaviour, manage product requirements, track performance metrics, and support experiments that drive growth and retention.
Responsibilities

Assist in executing the product roadmap and day-to-day product initiatives

Collaborate with Product, Design, Engineering, and Marketing teams to support feature planning and delivery

Help define, track, and report on product KPIs and success metrics

Analyse user behaviour and product performance using tools like Amplitude, Google Analytics, Firebase, and Excel
-
Support funnel analysis to identify drop-offs, optimisation opportunities, and growth levers
-
Assist in running A/B tests and experiments, including setup, analysis, and documentation of results

Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and market research to support product decisions

Help maintain product documentation, PRDs, and release notes

Prepare clear reports and insights for senior product leaders and stakeholders
Requirements
-
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)

1–3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, analytics, or a related role

Strong interest in consumer tech, AI-powered products, or digital platforms
-
Familiarity with analytics tools such as Amplitude, Google Analytics, Firebase, or similar

Basic understanding of product metrics, funnels, user behaviour, and experimentation concepts

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

Experience working in Agile or fast-paced product teams is a plus
