Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Product Manager to support our product team in executing product strategy, improving user experience, and driving data-informed decisions.

In this role, you'll work closely with senior product managers and cross-functional teams to help analyse user behaviour, manage product requirements, track performance metrics, and support experiments that drive growth and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in executing the product roadmap and day-to-day product initiatives
  • Collaborate with Product, Design, Engineering, and Marketing teams to support feature planning and delivery
  • Help define, track, and report on product KPIs and success metrics
  • Analyse user behaviour and product performance using tools like Amplitude, Google Analytics, Firebase, and Excel
  • Support funnel analysis to identify drop-offs, optimisation opportunities, and growth levers
  • Assist in running A/B tests and experiments, including setup, analysis, and documentation of results
  • Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and market research to support product decisions
  • Help maintain product documentation, PRDs, and release notes
  • Prepare clear reports and insights for senior product leaders and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • 1–3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, analytics, or a related role
  • Strong interest in consumer tech, AI-powered products, or digital platforms
  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Amplitude, Google Analytics, Firebase, or similar
  • Basic understanding of product metrics, funnels, user behaviour, and experimentation concepts
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Experience working in Agile or fast-paced product teams is a plus
  • Growth mindset with eagerness to learn, experiment, and take ownership
