About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Architect Project Manager to oversee architectural projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will combine strong design expertise with project management skills, ensuring timely delivery, quality execution, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage architectural projects from planning, design, and execution to final handover.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and timelines while monitoring progress and quality standards.
• Review drawings, specifications, and technical details to ensure compliance with codes and regulations.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress, resolve on-site challenges, and ensure design integrity and safety standards are maintained.
• Manage site execution and coordinate with site teams for timely issue resolution.
• Prepare and present project reports, progress updates, and documentation for stakeholders.
• Drive innovation in design solutions while balancing functionality, aesthetics, and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in architecture and project management.
• Strong knowledge of design principles, building codes, and construction methods.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other design/project management software.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel for site visits and oversee on-ground execution.

Salary Range:

₹30,000 – ₹60,000 per month (depending on experience)
