Key Responsibilities:

*Support the day-to-day project management operations, optimizing processes and allocating resources efficiently
*Collaborate with Project Managers to develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and milestones
*Assist in defining project objectives, deliverables, and overall project scope
*Help coordinate resources and team members to ensure smooth project execution
*Track project progress and ensure that timelines and deliverables are being met
*Assist with various project tasks such as tracking updates, maintaining documentation, and preparing progress reports
*Ensure effective communication with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders, keeping everyone updated
*Prepare and share reports on project status, meeting summaries, and other relevant documents
*Organize and schedule key meetings, such as project kick-offs, team check-ins, and client updates
*Ensure the quality of project deliverables and align them with stakeholder expectations
*Assist in coordinating testing phases and incorporate feedback to improve project outcomes
*Contribute to process improvements in project management techniques and methodologies
*Help with post-project evaluations and documentation of lessons learned

Requirements:

*A degree in Computer Science or it degree compulsory
*0-2 years of experience in project coordination or management, ideally within the IT sector
*Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Click Up, or similar
*Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
*Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
*A keen attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve
*Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
*Any relevant certifications would be a plus, though not requiredPreferred Skills:
*Basic project management experience or training
*Strong leadership qualities and team management skills
*Effective time management and organizational abilities
*Clear communication and writing skills
