SIAR Digital is looking for a dynamic professional for the position of Assistant Manager - Project Management & Sales to drive business growth while ensuring flawless project delivery for our eCommerce clients.
This role requires a professional who can convert leads into long-term partnerships and manage end-to-end project execution across our core service areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and convert new business opportunities in the eCommerce sector.
- Conduct client discovery sessions to understand business goals, challenges, and service needs.
- Develop and present tailored proposals, pricing models, and strategic service plans.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring alignment with delivery capabilities.
- Maintain and grow existing client accounts through upselling and cross-selling of eCommerce services.
- Track and report sales performance metrics including lead conversion, pipeline health, and revenue forecasts.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Define project scope, deliverables, and timelines with clients.
- Coordinate internal teams (tech, creative, marketing, operations, fulfillment) for smooth execution.
- Monitor progress, budgets, and risks to ensure on-time, quality delivery.
- Serve as the main client contact for updates, feedback, and approvals.
- Oversee final testing, go-live, and post-launch performance.
- Use Project Management tools to track milestones and generate project reports.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field from a reputable university.
- 2-3 years of experience in Sales & Project Management, preferably in an eCommerce or digital environment.
- Excellent leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and risk management abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- PMP is a plus.
- Experience working with UX/UI, digital marketing, or eCommerce brands.
- Strong understanding of website development processes and eCommerce platforms.
