Assistant Project Manager

Job Summary:
The Assistant Project Manager supports the Project Manager in planning, executing, and closing ELV projects, including access control systems, parking management systems, and other electronic security solutions. The role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with technical and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing ELV projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal technical teams.
• Support project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports.
• Ensure installation and commissioning of:
• Access Control Systems
• Parking Management Systems
• CCTV & Security Systems
• Structured Cabling & Low Current Systems
• Review technical drawings, BOQs, and project specifications.
• Assist in cost control and budget monitoring.
• Coordinate procurement of materials and ensure timely delivery.
• Attend site meetings and provide technical support when required.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Support testing, commissioning, and project handover documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in ELV, security systems, or electronics industry.
• Knowledge of access control and parking system integration.
• Familiarity with project management principles.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• UAE driving license required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
