Assistant Project Manager - Infoline LLC

Infoline LLC is An Omani IT and outsourcing firm (IT & BPO services), offering software development, IT support, cloud & telecom tech solutions. An Assistant Project Manager supports the project management team and helps ensure projects are delivered smoothly, on time, and within budget. this role role is entry–level to junior level and often suited for professionals starting in IT project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support

Schedule and coordinate meetings and prepare agendas.

Maintain and organize project documentation (plans, reports, minutes).

Assist in tracking project budget and preparing budget reports.

Help manage communications with teams, clients, and stakeholders.

Project Support

Contribute to project planning (timelines, resources, risk assessments).

Support task assignment and progress tracking.

Help coordinate resources and solve project issues.

Skills & Requirements

Organizer with strong time management skills.

Good written and verbal communication.

Knowledge of project tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana).

Basic understanding of IT concepts and technologies beneficial.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RO984.000 per month
