Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to join our Property Management team. This role will serve as the main point of contact for tenants, ensuring smooth tenancy operations from move-in to move-out. The Assistant Property Manager will coordinate tenancy renewals, handle contracts, resolve tenant inquiries, and maintain a high level of tenant satisfaction. Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic is essential to effectively manage and communicate with a diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary liaison with tenants, handling all day-to-day communication in a professional and timely manner.
Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs, ensuring all required documentation and inspections are completed.
Manage tenancy renewals, including preparing renewal notices, negotiating terms, and updating records.
Prepare and maintain accurate tenancy contracts in line with company policies and legal requirements.
Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and other local property laws.
Address and resolve tenant requests, complaints, or concerns in coordination with the Property Manager and maintenance teams.
Maintain accurate records of tenancy agreements, payments, and communications in the CRM system.
Support the Property Manager with administrative tasks, reporting, and portfolio management.
Contribute to enhancing tenant retention and overall satisfaction by providing excellent service.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience in property management, real estate, or customer service roles preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic (mandatory).
Solid organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Knowledge of tenancy laws, Ejari system, and RERA guidelines is an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/property management software.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and a client-oriented mindset.

Response time to tenant queries and complaints.

Operational Efficiency
Accuracy and timeliness in processing tenancy renewals and contracts.
Successful coordination of move-ins and move-outs without delays.
Compliance with RERA and Ejari requirements.
Portfolio Support
Contribution to smooth daily operations and administrative accuracy.
Quality and completeness of reporting and documentation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 per month
