This is a hybridized role, combining high-level leasing leadership with operational support and property management responsibilities. For the right candidate, there is significant upside potential as the ownership group continues to grow and expand.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead leasing efforts and help maintain strong occupancy
• Deliver engaging, lifestyle-driven property tours
• Drive renewals and resident retention initiatives
• Support rent collections and financial accountability
• Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor relationships
• Assist with reporting, budgeting, and operational oversight
• Help foster a positive, professional, and energetic community culture
• Monitor market trends and competitor positioning

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of leasing or property management experience (Class A preferred)
• Strong sales instincts and ability to close
• Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
• Organized, accountable, and detail-oriented
• Experience with property management software (Yardi, RealPage, AppFolio, etc.)
• Someone who enjoys balancing leasing performance with operational execution
