Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective procurement strategies in alignment with project timelines and budgets.
- Identify, evaluate, and manage vendors, suppliers, and contractors related to interior materials, furniture, lighting, hardware, civil, and MEP services.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
- Prepare purchase orders, maintain records, and track deliveries against project requirements.
- Work closely with the design and project teams to understand technical specifications and material requirements.
- Maintain vendor database with updated product catalogs, sample libraries, and performance records.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, quality benchmarks, and timelines for all purchases.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely replenishment.
- Assist in budget preparation, cost estimation, and cost-control analysis for ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Handle logistics coordination, follow-ups, and issue resolution related to delivery or quality.
- Develop new sourcing opportunities and maintain relationships with existing suppliers to ensure reliable supply chains.
