Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective procurement strategies in alignment with project timelines and budgets.
  • Identify, evaluate, and manage vendors, suppliers, and contractors related to interior materials, furniture, lighting, hardware, civil, and MEP services.
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
  • Prepare purchase orders, maintain records, and track deliveries against project requirements.
  • Work closely with the design and project teams to understand technical specifications and material requirements.
  • Maintain vendor database with updated product catalogs, sample libraries, and performance records.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, quality benchmarks, and timelines for all purchases.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely replenishment.
  • Assist in budget preparation, cost estimation, and cost-control analysis for ongoing and upcoming projects.
  • Handle logistics coordination, follow-ups, and issue resolution related to delivery or quality.
  • Develop new sourcing opportunities and maintain relationships with existing suppliers to ensure reliable supply chains.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
