Assistant Purchase Manager

The Purchase Manager at Micron Engineering Enterprises will oversee all procurement activities, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing of raw materials, components, and services for precision machining and fabrication operations. Responsibilities include supplier identification, negotiation, contract management, and performance monitoring. The role requires close coordination with production, quality, and finance teams to ensure material availability, cost control, and compliance with company and industry standards. Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in manufacturing procurement, strong negotiation and analytical skills, and familiarity with ERP systems. A degree in engineering or supply chain management and knowledge of defence/aerospace sourcing are preferred.
