Assistant Quality Control Manager

• Perform chemical tests on fertilizers and related materials to assess nutrient content, purity, pH levels, and overall composition.
• Develop and optimize testing methodologies to ensure consistent quality of products.
• Conduct stability and compatibility testing on various formulations to ensure the product's safety and efficacy.
• Maintain high standards of laboratory safety, including adherence to company SOPs and all regulatory guidelines.
• Prepare accurate test reports and certificates of analysis, documenting findings in compliance with industry standards.
• Conduct audits and inspections of laboratory equipment to ensure proper calibration and maintenance.
• Collaborate with R&D teams on new formulations, product trials, and optimizing existing products.
• Evaluate the performance and environmental impact of new fertilizer compounds or additives.
• Must knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025:2017.
