Assistant Real Estate Manager

Job Overview:

As an Assistant Marketing Manager, you will be in charge of managing property units, visiting clients, analyzing their needs, and providing demos, all while ensuring that transactions are finalized. While efficiently connecting with consumers, you will serve as the company's face, ensuring that each customer has a great experience at Zameen.com through a straightforward and easy procedure.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively generate and manage leads for real estate sales.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their requirements are satisfied and expectations surpassed.
  • Provide comprehensive details and insights about real estate properties to potential clients.
  • To help with decision-making, hold presentations, client meetings, and property site inspections.
  • Recognize the demand of clients and offer customized solutions to satisfy them.
  • Drive sales performance and achieve sales targets.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales (fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and goal-oriented individual.
