Assistant Restaurant General Manager

Karachi, Pakistan

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the RGM & oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional service and a smooth dining experience.
  • Manage and train staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to company standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain stock.
  • Discuss, develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Assist in preparing reports on sales, expenses, and staff performance.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years in a similar managerial role in the food and beverage industry.
  • Education: At least Intermediate or Graduate in a relevant field.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • The ideal candidate should be comfortable with commuting
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • restaurant industry/ Qsr: 3 years (Preferred)
