Software Support Executive - Restaurant & bakery

Technosys is looking for ERP Software support Executive familiar to Restaurant and bakery experience.

End-User Support:Provide prompt and effective support to end-users of the ERP software.
Address user queries, issues, and concerns related to system functionality.
Conduct training sessions to enhance user proficiency and understanding.

Troubleshooting:Investigate and resolve technical issues and errors encountered by end-users.
Collaborate with the technical team to escalate and resolve complex problems.
Implement solutions to prevent recurring issues.

Customization and Configuration:Assist in customizing the ERP system to meet the specific needs of restaurant and bakery operations.
Configure modules and settings to optimize system performance for our industry.

System Upgrades and Maintenance:Coordinate and participate in ERP system upgrades.
Conduct regular maintenance checks to ensure the system is running efficiently.

Data Management:Manage and oversee data integrity within the ERP system.
Assist in data migration and integration activities.

Collaboration:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and align ERP functionalities accordingly.
Liaise with software vendors for issue resolution and updates.

Documentation:Maintain comprehensive documentation of ERP configurations, customizations, and issue resolutions.
Develop user manuals and training materials.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in supporting ERP software, preferably in the restaurant and bakery industry.
• Strong understanding of ERP modules, especially those relevant to inventory management, order processing, and financials.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues and providing timely solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with restaurant and bakery business processes is a plus.
