Job Title: Junior IT Executive

Location: Asia Pacific Trade Center, Opposite to Millennium Mall, Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi

Timings: 7 PM – 4 AM | Monday – Friday

Job Overview

We are looking for a Junior IT Executive to support our IT operations and assist in resolving day-to-day technical issues. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of hardware, software, and internet troubleshooting, along with at least 1 year of experience in a software house.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and applications.
• Provide timely support for internet and connectivity problems.
• Maintain IT equipment inventory and documentation.
• Ensure smooth IT operations during night shifts.
• Collaborate with senior IT staff for escalated issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent certification).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a software house environment.
• Basic knowledge of hardware troubleshooting, software installation, and internet/network issues.
• Familiarity with Windows/Linux operating systems and MS Office.
• Strong problem-solving skills with eagerness to learn and grow.
• Ability to work independently in night shifts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
