Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Management:
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficiency and smooth workflow.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards.
- Customer Service:
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing feedback and resolving complaints promptly.
- Ensure staff provides excellent service and maintains a welcoming atmosphere.
- Staff Management:
- Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff.
- Schedule shifts and manage employee performance.
- Motivate and develop team members to enhance productivity and service.
- Financial Management:
- Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure profitability.
- Monitor daily sales, inventory, and expenditures.
- Implement cost-effective measures without compromising quality.
- Marketing & Promotions:
- Assist in developing and implementing promotional campaigns to attract customers.
- Work with marketing teams to improve restaurant visibility and customer engagement.

Experience:
- Restaurant Manager: 3 years (Preferred)
