Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations, ensuring seamless service and exceptional guest experiences
Supervise, train, and motivate the front-of-house team to uphold the highest standards of service
Monitor floor operations and guest feedback, proactively resolving any issues to maintain guest satisfaction
Assist in managing reservations, guest relations, and VIP service coordination
Contribute to achieving financial targets through cost control, upselling strategies, and operational efficiency
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
Requirements:
Previous experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or Supervisor in a fine dining environment (Asian or Cantonese cuisine experience is a plus)
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Guest-centric mindset with excellent attention to detail and presentation standards
Able to inspire and guide a team in a dynamic environment
