Job Summary:

The Operations and Administration Manager oversees the daily operations, administrative functions, and overall performance of the food and beverage outlet. This role ensures smooth workflow across all departments, optimizes operational efficiency, maintains high service standards, and supports the business’s profitability and growth objectives.

Operations Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the food and beverage outlet to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor product quality, presentation, hygiene, and safety standards as per company and regulatory requirements.
  • Supervise procurement, inventory control, and supplier coordination to ensure cost-effective operations.
  • Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) across kitchen, service, and administrative areas.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen and service teams to optimize workflow and minimize delays or wastage.

Administration & Coordination:

  • Manage administrative functions including documentation, staff scheduling, payroll coordination, and internal reporting.
  • Prepare and analyze operational reports, sales summaries, and expense tracking for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with local health, safety, and licensing regulations.
  • Handle correspondence, filing, and record-keeping for audits and business operations.

Financial & Resource Management:

  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives to achieve profitability targets.
  • Track daily sales, petty cash, and expenses; ensure accurate financial documentation.
  • Negotiate with vendors and service providers for better pricing and service quality.

Team Leadership:

  • Supervise and motivate staff to maintain performance standards and positive workplace culture.
  • Conduct training and performance evaluations to ensure staff competency and growth.
  • Manage recruitment and onboarding processes for new employees as required.

Customer Service & Quality Assurance:

  • Address customer feedback, resolve complaints, and ensure consistent service excellence.
  • Monitor and improve customer satisfaction through staff coaching and process improvements.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in operations or administrative management within the F&B industry.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and POS/inventory software.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Valid UAE Driving License with Own Car

Reporting To:

Owner / General Manager

Work Environment:

Fast-paced food and beverage outlet with frequent interaction with customers, suppliers, and staff.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Operation Manager: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

  • UAE Driving License (Required)

Willingness to travel:

  • 100% (Preferred)
