Position Overview:

Responsible for supervising staff performance, handling guest concerns, monitoring inventory, and assisting in training and development of the team.

Requirements:

• Proven track record as an Assistant Manager or in the F&B industry (minimum 2-5 years’ experience)
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Knowledge in staff scheduling, inventory, cost control, and customer service
• Excellent English communication skills.
