Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations of Restaurant, Bar, and Room Service.
  • Maintain hygiene, quality, and service standards.
  • Support menu planning and assist staff during peak hours.
  • Lead, train, and supervise the F&B team to ensure excellent guest service.
  • Handle guest feedback and ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and liquor laws.
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, purchasing, and invoices.
  • Monitor financial performance and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma/GED + 5 years F&B experience OR
  • 5-year Hospitality/Hotel Management degree + 5 years F&B experience.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of food handling and local F&B regulations.

NP : Immediate joiner or 15days

Location : Pondicherry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,413.49 - ₹39,803.15 per month
