Operations & Customer Service
- Assist in managing daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service
- Ensure high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
- Monitor dining room and kitchen performance during shifts
Staff Management
- Support hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising staff
- Motivate and coach team members to maintain productivity and morale
- Assist with performance evaluations and disciplinary actions when needed
- Ensure staff adherence to company policies and procedures
- Inventory & Cost Control
- Assist with inventory management, ordering, and stock rotation
Health, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Enforce food safety standards and workplace safety practices
- Assist with inspections and audits
- Monitor food, labor, and operational costs to meet budget targets
- Reduce waste and control portioning and supplies
