Assistant Restaurant Manager

Operations & Customer Service

  • Assist in managing daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
  • Monitor dining room and kitchen performance during shifts

Staff Management

  • Support hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising staff
  • Motivate and coach team members to maintain productivity and morale
  • Assist with performance evaluations and disciplinary actions when needed
  • Ensure staff adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Inventory & Cost Control
  • Assist with inventory management, ordering, and stock rotation

Health, Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Enforce food safety standards and workplace safety practices
  • Assist with inspections and audits
  • Monitor food, labor, and operational costs to meet budget targets
  • Reduce waste and control portioning and supplies

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
