Our restaurant is looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to help lead our fast-paced bar & dining experience. You’ll be the right hand to the Restaurant Manager and take pride in delivering unforgettable experiences to our guests every day.

What You’ll Do

As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you’ll:

• Assist in day-to-day restaurant and bar operations
• Lead and motivate the team with energy and a service-first mindset
• Ensure smooth service from lunch through evening
• Oversee quality, presentation, and pace of service
• Manage live station interactions — guests appreciate fresh made-to-order salads and dishes served with flair
• Build strong relationships with regulars and new guests alike
• Respond positively on the floor — anticipate needs, solve issues
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and service teams
• Help train, schedule, and develop staff
• Support inventory, cleanliness, and compliance standards

• Experience in a restaurant and bar environment (supervisory experience a plus)
