Assistant Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the smooth operation of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will be hands on, with strong leadership skills, and able to assist in delivering exceptional guest experiences while supporting the Restaurant Manager in all operational aspects. Prior hospitality experience is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Restaurant Manager in daily operations and team management
  • Supervise, train, and motivate front of house staff
  • Ensure excellent guest service and resolve any customer issues promptly
  • Monitor inventory, stock levels, and ordering of supplies
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
  • Support planning and execution of restaurant events or promotions
  • Assist with staff scheduling, payroll input, and operational reporting
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in restaurant operations; management experience preferred
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Hands on, proactive, and able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Knowledge of hospitality standards, service excellence, and operational procedures
