Position Summary

The Assistant Sales will support the Sales Coordinator in executing daily sales support operations, ensuring smooth processing of distributor and Directo Customers demands, invoicing, documentation, and supplies coordination. The role involves updating tasks on Planner 365 and Microsoft Teams 365, assisting in complaint resolution, maintaining records, and contributing to monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales performance tracking. This position is designed to facilitate efficient coordination among distributors, Sales Managers, Sales Executives, and the Sales Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

 Assist the Sales Coordinator in receiving and processing distributor demands in the enterprise system.

 Verify accuracy of order details before invoicing and dispatch.

 Coordinate with Finished Goods Warehouse for supply updates.

 Support preparation of invoices, receipts, and delivery challans.

 Maintain organized records of distribution transactions.

 Ensure all documentation is updated and readily available.

 Assist in compiling distributor or customer wise sales reports.

 Enter and update data for monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets.

 Provide preliminary sales analysis for review by Sales Coordinator.

 Update and monitor daily tasks on Planner 365 and Microsoft Teams 365.

 Record task completion status and escalate pending tasks.

 Ensure smooth communication between Sales Managers and Sales Coordinator.

 Record complaints and feedback received from distributors, customers, Sales Team and internal customers.

 Forward details to the Sales Coordinator for resolution.

 Track progress of complaint resolution and maintain a log.

 Prepare draft daily and weekly activity reports for review by Sales Coordinator.

 Assist in generating analysis reports on sales targets vs. achievements.

 Support preparation of presentations and summaries for NSM/Director.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

 Accuracy of data entry in demand, invoicing, and supply records.

 Timely updating of tasks in Planner 365 and Microsoft Teams 365.

 Efficiency in maintaining complaint/feedback logs.

 Contribution to timely preparation of sales performance analysis.

 Reliability and responsiveness in supporting Sales Coordinator tasks.

Qualifications & Experience

 Bachelor’s degree in business/Commerce, or related field.

 2–3 years of experience in sales support, coordination, (pharma preferred).

 Knowledge of invoicing, ERP systems, and sales documentation.

 Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) In page, Planner 365, and Microsoft Teams 365.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
