The Assistant Sales & Business Development Manager supports the company’s uniform sales division by identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The role involves assisting in sales planning, proposal preparation, customer meetings, and coordinating with production and procurement teams to ensure smooth order execution and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Client Development:

  • Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the corporate, hospitality, healthcare, education, and government sectors.
  • Support the preparation and submission of quotations, tenders, and proposals.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and client retention.
  • Participate in client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to convert leads into confirmed orders.

Business Development Support:

  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns for uniform sales.
  • Gather and analyse market feedback to improve product offerings and pricing strategies.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of clients, leads, and sales activities using CRM tools.
  • Support management in developing strategic sales plans and performance reports.

Coordination & Operations:

  • Coordinate with the design, production, and procurement teams to ensure timely order execution and delivery.
  • Monitor production schedules and delivery timelines to meet client expectations.
  • Follow up on payments, contracts, and documentation as per company policy.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and post-sales service professionally.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in uniforms, textiles, or apparel.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • UAE driving license must
