Key Responsibilities
- Direct Sales & Target Achievement: Directly sell life insurance products to new and existing customers, achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
- Customer Engagement: Engage in field sales, meet with potential clients, understand their financial needs, and propose suitable life insurance solutions.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and foster loyalty.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's life insurance products, their features, benefits, and the overall insurance market.
- Needs Assessment: Help clients identify and recommend the most appropriate insurance solutions to meet their specific protection and investment needs.
- Policy Processing: Assist clients with the entire policy purchase procedure, from application to processing.
- Policy Servicing: Follow up with customers to manage policy service requests and facilitate claims settlements.
- Compliance: Adhere to all regulatory requirements, company policies, and sales processes.
