Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities to drive room
- Maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients, travel agencies, and other key business partners.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for rooms, F&B, events, and banquets.
- Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings, and property visits to promote the hotel.
- Develop sales proposals, contracts, and rate agreements in line with hotel policies.
- Collaborate with the revenue and marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and packages.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and industry developments.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and present performance analysis to management.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high service standards and prompt responses.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry (preferably with a 4/5-star hotel).
- Strong network with corporate clients, travel trade, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Exhibitions) segments.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve set targets

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
