Job Role Description

  • This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager located in Bengaluru.
  • Oversee sales operations within the assigned region.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Manage a team of sales representatives.
  • Ensure that sales targets are met.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Conduct market analysis for business insights.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies with broader company goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales skills, including experience in developing and implementing sales strategies.
  • Team management and leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster client relationships and collaboration with internal teams.
  • Analytical skills for market analysis and performance evaluation.
  • Adaptability and problem-solving skills for tackling challenges in a dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience in the real estate or proptech industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Master's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Real estate sales: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
