Assistant Manager Sales - Import and Export

Hiring for 2 Positions:

1) Assistant Manager Sales (Import)

2) Assistant Manager Sales (export)

Responsibilities

• Support sales managers in handling both import and export operations.
• Assist in generating leads, developing proposals, and managing client communications.
• Prepare quotations, contracts, and sales reports for local and international clients.
• Coordinate with suppliers, buyers, and internal teams for smooth order execution.
• Follow up with clients on shipments, payments, and service feedback.
• Conduct research on trade markets, pricing trends, and competitor activity.
• Help in achieving assigned import/export sales targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Supply Chain.
• 2–3 years of experience in sales (import/export/logistics preferred).
• Knowledge of trade documentation and INCOTERMS.
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of ERP/CRM is a plus.
