Pakistan-based solar company with 5+ years of experience and a team of over 50 professionals.
Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to support our Sales Manager in driving business growth and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of sales processes, strong leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Sales Manager in developing and executing effective sales strategies to meet company objectives.
  • Supervise, guide, and support the sales team in day-to-day operations.
  • Set and monitor sales targets to ensure team performance aligns with company goals.
  • Provide training, motivation, and mentorship to sales representatives.
  • Manage key accounts and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
  • Participate in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and budgeting.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure all sales operations comply with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings when required.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in a sales or assistant sales management role.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis.
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication and soft skills no compromise on this requirement.

Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years
Working Days: Monday to Saturday Timings:10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
