Amourion Group is a Dubai-based organization with successful divisions in education, career counseling, and holistic wellness (specializing in numerology and vastu courses and consultancy).

We are seeking a motivated In-house Assistant Sales Manager for our Numerology and Vastu division to handle leads to conversion, build strong client relationships, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

· Make 200+ outbound calls daily to prospective clients.

· Clearly explain course offerings, admission procedures, and the benefits of enrolling with our services.

· Maintain accurate records of each call, follow-ups, and communication in the CRM / Excel sheet.

· Schedule appointments, demo sessions, or counseling calls with the academic team.

· Handle inquiries professionally and ensure conversion through polite and persuasive communication.

· Follow up with leads consistently to maximize enrollments and meet monthly targets.

· Coordinate with the sales and counseling team regarding interested or high-potential leads.

· Provide daily and weekly reports on call outcomes and lead status to the management.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Hindi (excellent communication and convincing skills)
• Age shouldn't be above 30
• Ability to converse confidently and handle a high call volume.
• Prior experience in tele-calling, customer service, and sales will be preferred.
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM usage is an advantage).
• Strong listening ability with a positive and professional attitude.
• Should be organized, punctual, and goal-oriented. Reports directly to the Marketing Manager.
