Assistant Manager Sales (1 Male & 1 Female)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager Sales to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting Boardlite products, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and business development goals.
• Identify and build relationships with new clients in construction, architecture, and interior design sectors.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
• Coordinate with the marketing and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and present sales reports to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience (preferably in building materials, plywood, or related industries).
• Age: 25 – 35 years.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Valid driving license (preferred).
